Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all included accessories, tags, cards, and any free items sent with the order. Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible..

We may request a clear photo of the item and the reason for the return before approval.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll send the return mailing instructions and next steps. Please wait for approval before sending any items back.

Yes, eligible U.S. orders may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery once approved. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may be exchanged one time.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once your return is received and inspected, your replacement item will typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are processed once your return is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and timing may vary depending on your bank.

If a discount was used, your refund will reflect the amount paid at checkout.

Yes. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as MyAleph is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

If your package is marked as delivered but you’re unable to locate it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, building, or mailroom first.
